A meaningful visit: Pastor Guito testifies to the impact of our support in Haiti
We recently had the privilege of welcoming Pastor Guito from Haiti to L’École L’Eau-Vive to meet with our elementary school students. This visit was an opportunity to give students a concrete and human understanding of the impact of our school community’s support for the Duval School in Haiti.
During his presentation, Pastor Guito explained the daily reality experienced by children and families in Haiti, in a particularly difficult social and economic context. Above all, he highlighted the importance of the partnership established with our school, which makes it possible to meet essential and sustainable needs.
Thanks to the donations and efforts of our community, the students at the Duval School receive one meal a day, which is crucial for their health, concentration, and academic perseverance. The contribution also provides financial assistance to teachers, promoting staff stability and continuity of education. Finally, part of the support is invested in the development and improvement of school facilities to provide a safer and more conducive learning environment.
