Following the cancellation of the graduation of our Secondary 5 students, due to pandemics and social distancing (let’s not name it), the teachers had the idea of celebrating the departure of their ducklings in a different way.
In collaboration with the parents, in order to respect a very tight schedule, the secondary teachers made a surprise tour to visit each graduate, distribute a few small gifts and plant a sign that says “Here lives a graduate of L’École L’Eau-Vive, congrats!”
Even if the year ended as “insert-the-metaphor-of-your-choice-which-expresses-chaos”, the teachers wanted to express their appreciation one last time to their students.
Seriously, we love you kiddos, and we wish you good luck in your studies and your adult life. Come back to see us. Make good choices and may the grace of the Lord be with you always.
Since our school’s daily operations take place in the French language, the following articles were originally written in French and have been translated into English by an online translator for the benefit of our English-speaking visitors. Although these engines are efficient, they are not perfect, particularly when translating regional dialects, cultural expressions and figures of speech. We hope these translations suffice, offering you a snapshot of our school and giving you just a taste of how our school shines in the Quebec City metropolitan area.
